I just wanted to thank-you again for your assistance in finding the perfect diamond for my fiancé. Your expertise and knowledge of gems was an incredible help for me in this very important decision in my life. Your service was very professional and you made me feel very comfortable in your beautiful office when I was selecting the diamond. I really appreciated the time you spent with me in going over all the different stones and their very different qualities. Your attention to detail and your ability to direct me toward the diamond of my fiancée's dreams was amazing. The setting we chose is perfect and with Carlos's craftsmanship the ring is absolutely perfect. When I finally surprised Lisa with the ring on that moonlit night in January, it truly took her breath away. Lisa truly loves her ring and I have you to thank for it.

Hello Christine,
Well, I asked Naomi if she would marry me on Sunday evening. And the good news is she said "yes". I guess it could have gone either way, but I'm very pleased that it went the way it did.
So, please go ahead and process my payment if you haven't already. Thank you for giving me a couple of days to move some funds around. Also, we will need to have it resized as it is just ever so slightly too big for her finger. How do we go about that? Should we just come out to visit you at a time that is good for you, and you take it to Carlos from there? Just let me know what's best.

Thanks for the call yesterday, sorry I was not here to answer it I am still trying to get used to these early mornings and sometimes it doesn't work out well. As for the ring, I am extremely happy with it, thank you for your help. I actually couldn't hold on to it very long and ended up giving it to Lisa on the sunday after I came home. We went for a walk on the beach and I asked her there. Nothing too fancy but she liked it, and everyone seems to like the ring.
Hopefully we will make it down that way soon to see Neil and Kate. If we do I will make sure that I let you know so you can meet Lisa.
